Athens Black Market is designed to promote Black entrepreneurship and support minority business owners. This mobile marketplace is held (4) four times per year and aims to stimulate a culturally diverse business environment in downtown Athens, Ga. In addition, to reinforce Black Economics by providing a forum for minority business owners to generate an income and serve the community.
What to Expect: Soul and Caribbean food vendors, clothing, artwork, kid-friendly items and much more. All vendors are required to have quality products, great customer service, and must bring his/her own 8×10 table and tent. Bottled water or alcohol not allowed to be sold. This is an outdoor event traditionally located on Max Canada patio 243 Washington Street, Athens, Ga 30601.
Athens Black Market schedule: (Traditionally held on first Saturdays of selected month but date may alter due to holiday or company activities, official date announced 30 days prior to the next event date)
